By far the best deal in Baltimore.  Park at the PMS Garage, 805 South Caroline Street, only 2 blocks from Broadway Square for the incredibly low special rate of $3 a day, all day.  Also only $3 after 5pm on Friday April 17th.  More information and driving directions here.
